    Fantastic

    I’ve purchased MANY programs. Some I did for years and others I barely used.
    Honestly when I first downloaded the program I was underwhelmed thinking “I’ve seen all of these exercises before.”
    But I considered Angela’s transformation and gave it a go
    I have completed the first nine workouts/3 weeks and my abs are looking better than before!
    I believe that the sequencing is where the genius lies.
    Plus the fact that the workouts are done within 20 minutes eliminates any excuse for NOT staying on track.
    I did have issues with workouts 1:3 and 3:3 but by eliminating the dumbbells, I can focus on my ab engagement to avoid relying on my hip flexors
