Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Because digital items are delivered instantly and can’t be returned the way a physical product can, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

Once you receive access to the product, you own it forever. For that reason, refunds cannot be granted, as there’s no way to “send back” a digital file.

Why No Refunds?

• Immediate Access: Digital products are available to download or access right after purchase.

• Non-returnable: Unlike physical goods, there’s no way to verify that a digital file hasn’t been kept or copied.

• Industry Standard: This is a common policy across digital marketplaces to protect the integrity of the products.
