    Food is Too Good

    The food alone is worth it. I am literally obsessed with how good everything tastes and it does not even feel like I am dieting at all. I still cannot believe I am eating things like sweet potato avo toast and Big Mac salads every week and eating much more often than im used too... and feeling better than ever. My energy is up, my mood is even better, my body is changing...so good, everything!

    Hi!

    We are on day 2 and yes do like it a lot! I was wondering if there is room for a piece of dark chocolate or some sort of sweet treat and also whether you like to stop eating at a certain point in the day?? And lastly- do you know how much protein each day has in the 1600 cal plan? Thanks!

    I honestly feel like a brand new person. The meals are sooo yummy and I swear I can feel a difference emotionally too. Like it has to be my hormones balancing better because mentally, physically, emotionally... I just feel GOOD. I cant wait for the next two weeks. LETS GOOO

    I can’t believe it!! I am actually starting to see my abs for the first time ever in my life.
    This plan s gamechanger... The workouts are super doable but they work and arent that hard tbh, and the meal plan kept me full without feeling restricted and kind obsessed with some of the recipes like thee Big Mac Salad omggggg.I have tried so many programs before but this is the first time I feel like I am actually building a lifestyle I can stick to.
